Paul Davis looks like a gift that keeps making crazy moves. Davis first shot Above the Law of Shame when Goosehead Insurance’s Assistant General Counsel at the time attended the Capitol Rebellion, bragged about his tear gas exposure and said he was trying to enter the Capitol Building on social media.

After he got Launched from Goosehead (Because both logical and natural consequences are still a thing), Davis tried to use his law degree To file a lawsuitAlong with lawyer and failed Texas House candidate Kelly Sorrell, she seeks to nullify the 2020 presidential election results but somehow “is not a case of fraud in the 2020 presidential election.” (It appears that this distinction, whatever it is worth, is the source of the disagreement between the two attorneys who filed the original complaint.) The complaint lists every 117 Congressman, every state governor and secretary of state, and Mark Zuckerberg as the defendants, and they allege that changes to election laws before the 2020 elections violated the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) that led to civil rights violations. It calls for the revocation of all new Congressional measures – including Joe Biden’s win certification and Donald Trump’s second impeachment.

This was not the end of the filings in the case. Yes, it’s still in its infancy but it’s gone ahead and He made a modified proposal for TRO using the experiences of Gondor as a precedent. For you non-outsiders (is there any of them that read above the law?), This is the fictional kingdom created by JRR Tolkien. Because “Gondor does not have a king,” this is the example he uses as a precedent for a federal court demanding the annulment of the 2020 election results.

But wait! there is more! He also filed a dossier with the media to ridicule his request to install the Middle East government in America, which is just that Encourage more sarcasm. The The judge has already indicated (unsurprisingly) that Skeptical of this questionable legal theory

Then Davis was fired again. There was apparently a split among the claimants regarding the strategy to be pursued (although, tbh, none of them appeared to be winners). Two camps were born – SoRelle Prosecutors and Davis Prosecutors -. (Of course, Davis signed that recording with an email address on a domain name he doesn’t own, which is just trolls eager to have fun with you, which they really did.)

So what the hell could happen in this situation?

Well, Davis wants the attorney fees. He started by taking some pictures on one of his former clients (now SoRelle plaintiff):

For reasons that are difficult to understand, after Mr. Davis donated more than 450 hours of free time to BG plaintiff and her organization, “Latinos for Trump,” BG – without any hint of the pre-existing hostility between BG and himself – suddenly sent Mr. BG. Davis’s stinging ending speech riddled with vengeful lies regarding concerns about non-existent “moral issues”.
Mr Davis, shocked, but suspicious of some kind of political game, given the nature of this lawsuit, sent a diplomatic response, stretching an olive branch about the obvious differences in strategy that Mrs. SoRelle suddenly began to pressure Mr Davis in the week of February 15, 2021 despite the agreements. The precedent and consistent among attorneys, and even the BG itself, not pursue such frivolous strategies.

It then begins to detail some of the behind-the-scenes events that split the plaintiffs. Reading between the lines, it appears Davis wanted to move away from allegations of election fraud and stick to HAVA / Civil Rights (also fraudulent) claims. But Davis believes that some “Pope” (who is not a plaintiff or attorney) is pushing alternative legal theories. There is even a group message with Bob and Davis (plus SoRelle and the plaintiffs) and in this text “Bob crudely accused Mr. Davis of unethical behavior, in front of clients he worked with 80 to 100 hours a week, for
Free, and don’t sleep much. “

And then, when Davis says, “This is when things turned from weird to totally weird.” Davis appears to believe SoRelle shared distinct connections with this Bob character, based on the accusations made by Bob. But that’s not what SoRelle thinks:

SoRelle’s excuse was that Bob was “listening to our communications!” Mr Davis, now very anxious, began recording the rest of that conversation with Mrs. SoRelle. 5 To the shock of Mr Davis, Mrs. SoRelle made it clear that she didn’t just mean Bob was listening on a speakerphone or something. No, Mrs. SoRelle actually indicated several times that “Bob” was illegally listening to calls between Mr. Davis and Mrs. SoRelle and watching our text messages.

However, Davis is now seeking $ 1,800 in attorney fees for “3.6 hours.” [he spent] In crafting and preparing this response, including reviewing the various relevant communications and call recordings. ”But really, full recording is a complete journey and available below. And it’s not even a single DAVIS file.

Yesterday, Davis also filed a new complaint – what the internet is calling with joy Gondor II. It’s basically a paraphrase of the original (and devoid of Tolkien) complaint. But we can only guess how many additional deposits this new status will bless us with.
